BEFORE YOU RESERVE

Terms of use

Booking, payment, and guest terms for stays at Camp Zion in Iruhin East, Tagaytay City.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms explain the current direct-booking process. They are a practical website draft, not legal advice or a certification of compliance. The business should have a Philippine lawyer review them, especially the cancellation and refund terms, before relying on them as a final contract.

Booking and confirmation

A booking request is not yet a confirmed reservation. When you submit it, Camp Zion holds the requested dates for up to 24 hours. If your selected rate is available, payment options appear immediately on the booking details page. If a rate is not set, the host must confirm the total before you pay. A hold can expire if payment is not completed and verified within 24 hours.

Your reservation is confirmed only after the host verifies that the full quoted payment has reached the selected GCash, Maya, or BDO account and sends you confirmation. Pay only using the payment options shown on your Camp Zion booking details page. The website does not ask for your payment PIN, password, or one-time code.

Your booking details show the stay option, dates, guest count, and total amount where the rate is available. For an exclusive stay, both A-Frames and the shared property spaces are reserved for your group. A single A-Frame booking includes a private bedroom and bathroom; shared amenities may be used by other guests as explained on the website.

Prices and payment

The total price shown in the booking flow is based on the selected stay and number of nights. Pay the full amount shown unless the host expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Your payment must be completed within the 24-hour date hold for the reservation to remain available.

Camp Zion currently accepts direct payment by GCash, Maya, or BDO QR code. The website does not process card payments or collect your payment PIN, bank password, or one-time password. After transferring, upload a clear receipt photo on your booking details page.

Camp Zion will provide the applicable invoice or receipt for payments in accordance with Philippine law. Keep your booking confirmation and payment records.

Cancellation, changes, and refunds

The website does not currently publish one standard cancellation or refund schedule. Before you pay, the host must provide the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms that apply to your specific booking in writing. Read those terms and ask questions before transferring money. If you have not received them, contact the host and wait before paying.

Any booking-specific terms are subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law. If Camp Zion cannot provide a confirmed reservation, contact the host promptly to resolve the matter and discuss the appropriate remedy.

Guest responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, dates, and guest count, and tell the host about relevant arrival or accessibility needs before the stay. The person making the request is responsible for sharing the stay information and property rules with their group. Only the number of guests confirmed for the reservation may stay unless the host agrees to a change in writing.

Follow the arrival instructions and reasonable property and safety rules provided by the host. Do not use the property for unlawful activity or cause damage or unreasonable disturbance. Tell the host promptly about an issue during the stay so it can be addressed.

Availability and external calendars

The booking calendar checks Camp Zion reservations and connected Airbnb or Booking.com availability feeds. Calendar feeds can update with a delay, so a displayed date is not guaranteed until the host confirms the booking. If dates conflict, the host will contact you before accepting payment or confirming the reservation.

Questions and consumer concerns

For a booking question, cancellation request, payment concern, or complaint, email thecampzion@gmail.com and include your booking reference. Camp Zion will review the concern and respond through the contact details you provided. You may also use the consumer remedies available under applicable Philippine law.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable consumer-protection and electronic-commerce laws. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be waived. Camp Zion may revise these terms when its booking process or legal obligations change; the version and date shown when you submit your request apply to that request, subject to applicable law.
